Accessibility

To provide all our clients with uncomplicated access to our information, products and services, we place great importance on "barrier-free" accessibility.

It is important to us that we enable all our clients, as well as other interested parties, to have unrestricted access to our products, services and information. Through our Accessibility project, we are eliminating barriers wherever we can – from our branch offices to ATMs, websites, online banking and bank statements. We have adapted these services to the needs of elderly people and those with impaired vision, hearing or mobility. We also train and encourage our staff to be aware of the different needs of our clients, thus ensuring they can have easy access to all of our services.
